Factoring Quadratics Bingo Game Activity

Factoring Quadratics (where a is not 1) game

This is a power-point bingo game on factoring quadratics with the leading coefficient is not equal to 1.

Questions are projected on the board. The order of these can be changed in the power point slides if you require.

This factoring trinomials quiz comes complete with bingo cards that can be printed for classes of up to thirty six.

The factoring quadratics game can also be played without printing off the bingo game cards by asking the students to draw their own grid.

How to play the factoring trinomials game

 

Questions from the powerpoint are projected on the board. Students draw a line through any matching answers on their answer card.

If a student matches all their answers they must be the first to call out bingo to win the game.

A reward can be given for extra motivation!

This factoring quadratics game comes with an answer key.

Great practice for students in grades 9,10 and 11.
